Do something to $0284 followed by STX $0283

The public API for the C64 KERNAL MEMTOP routine
requires loading and saving these locations from X and Y
registers.  Thus this is lacking in creativity and not
copyrightable, even if it were long enough to somehow
justify copyright, which we do not believe that it does.
