feat(config): the DOS wedge on in mc64, the transcendental functions off

The wedge's @, @$, and @<command> read the error channel, list a directory,
and send DOS commands from direct mode, so the F-keys' @8$-style commands work.
BASIC has room for it only without the transcendental functions, which stay
?NOT IMPLEMENTED until BASIC evaluates functions at all.
