Adds support for JiffyDOS pprotocol to the IEC bus (note, that it currentlyy lacks the optimized LOAD loop, so it will be slower than original JiffyDOS enabled Kernal ROMs).
Needs over 320 bytes in KERNAL segment. If unsure - enable.
